Turtle Logic

Turtle Logic, tells the fictional story of Nancy Carver, who tragically finds herself suddenly retired and living alone in a Delaware Beach town, when the pandemic strikes. She and her new neighbors spend lockdown listening to the taped memoirs of a Jazz Age heiress named Edwina Beauvoir Burnett. This character was inspired in part by the real life of Wilmington native Louisa Carpenter, a pioneering pilot and horsewoman, known for living openly as a lesbian long before it was socially accepted. Through the intertwined plots, Nancy and Edwina heal their broken hearts, and step into the future with a hopeful sense of humor.

A Book of Seeds

A Book Of Seeds was first presented in the form of a deck of cards. Seed Cards were invented to help people to take an objective look at the way they live, and how they see the world. They were inspired by those ancient fortune telling cards: the Tarot, and the theory of archetypes suggested by Carl Jung. The ancient symbolism was updated and assigned questions for consideration by the reader. Each card has two sets of questions just as Tarot cards had two sets of meanings depending whether the cards were dealt in the upright or reversed position.
